Specifically designed for Indian Payroll system
Kasturi HRMS Payroll Management connects employee data, attendance, leave, overtime, shifts, allowances, deductions and statutory requirements into one payroll workflow.
Create employee salary structures and define how each employee gets paid. Configure Basic Salary · HRA · Allowances · Incentives · Overtime · Deductions · Bonuses · Reimbursements · Statutory Components.
Kasturi automatically brings the payroll inputs together: Attendance · Leave · Overtime · Shifts · Employee Changes · Salary Updates · Deductions · Compliance.
Kasturi processes the payroll inputs against each employee’s salary structure: Gross Pay → Earnings → Deductions → Statutory Contributions → Tax → Net Pay.
Check payroll before you approve it. Review payroll changes, deductions, overtime, new joiners, exits, salary revisions and unusual variations before the pay run is finalised.
Create a controlled payroll approval process. The right people can prepare, review and approve payroll before processing. Keep payroll access role-based and give administrators control over who can see or manage sensitive salary information.
Once approved, finalise the payroll cycle and generate the required payroll outputs. Keep every payroll run recorded for future reference, reporting and audit requirements.
Give employees access to their payroll information through self-service: Payslips · Salary Details · Tax Information · Payroll History. One place, available when they need it.
Kasturi HRMS lets you structure payroll around your organisation’s actual compensation model.
Define recurring earnings and deductions according to your salary structure: Basic · HRA · Conveyance · Special Allowance · Other Earnings · Deductions.
Handle components that change from one payroll cycle to another: Bonus · Incentives · Overtime · Performance Pay · One-Time Adjustments.
Connect approved leave and attendance records with payable days so LOP calculations don’t have to be manually reconstructed.
Bring approved overtime into payroll instead of maintaining a separate calculation sheet.
Handle payroll changes that don’t fit neatly into the regular monthly cycle: Salary revisions · Arrears · Corrections · One-time payments · Adjustments.

Set employee pay frequencies based on how they are actually paid: hourly, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Assign the appropriate pay basis to each employee instead of forcing your entire workforce into one payroll cycle.
Create reusable salary templates in Kasturi HRMS payroll software for different pay structures. Configure basic salary, HRA, allowances, deductions, extra earnings, insurance, reimbursements, gratuity, taxes, and other applicable payroll components in one place.
Define individual employee wage rates and assign the appropriate payroll template to automatically build their salary structure. Set effective-from and effective-to dates so wage changes can be managed without disrupting historical payroll records.
Configure whether weekends, holidays, or other non-working days should be paid or unpaid for different employees or pay structures. Keep payroll calculations aligned with the actual rules applicable to each workforce.
Run payroll for selected employees based on their assigned pay basis, or process payroll in bulk for an entire employee group. Choose who gets processed, review the payroll run, and manage multiple pay cycles from one platform.
